Programs & Events

We’re Different.

If you’re looking for leadership development that’s practical, personal, and built for the realities of today’s healthcare landscape, you’re in the right place. We build better nurse leaders — and stronger organizations — by giving CNOs and executive nurse leaders the tools, community, and continuity they need to lead well. We offer health systems and funders a clear way to invest in what matters most: the people driving patient care, culture, and outcomes.

Personal, Practical, Real-World.

Our programs meet leaders exactly where they are — blending small-group intimacy with actionable strategies they can use the next morning.

Led by the Leaders Who’ve Done the Work.

Our faculty are seasoned CNOs, system executives, and respected academics who teach from lived experience. They don’t lecture — they guide, challenge, and help leaders solve real problems in real time.

Built on Continuity and Community.

Our model preserves leadership wisdom and passes it forward across generations. Through mentorship, community, and shared experience, we strengthen the leadership pipeline and help shape the future of nursing together.

Learning

E-Learning Modules

Launching in May 2026! Our proprietary CNO How To: The First 90 Days is a self-paced, online learning experience that supports new CNOs during their first 90 days. Modules offer practical strategies for team building, executive collaboration, and action planning. Organizations fill gaps in upskilling materials, orientation processes, and outcome and expectation mapping for CNOs by purchasing this program for multiple team members. Executive search firms invest in the success of CNOs they place with every purchase. Aspiring nurse leaders who leverage professional development funds to access it independently advance their own career trajectory.

Coaching

One-on-one with seasoned CNOs

A personalized, one-on-one or small-group coaching experience delivered by seasoned CNOs. Coaching helps leaders navigate transitions, solve pressing challenges, and build long-term effectiveness. Access to this tailored guidance is especially critical for leaders without institutional leadership roadmaps, skills development programs, or in-system support.

Conference

Senior CNO Leadership Retreat

Leading at the executive level can be isolating. These retreats create space for senior CNOs to step away from daily demands, reconnect with what matters, and return with renewed clarity and strength.

Set in restorative environments alongside peers from across the country, you'll engage in advanced leadership development, mental health support, and self-care practices designed specifically for seasoned nurse executives. Our faculty—current and former CNOs and CNEs who've navigated the challenges you're facing—bring hard-won wisdom and real-world solutions. You'll leave with not only new strategies, but a national network of leaders who understand the weight of this work and are invested in your success.

This isn't just professional development. It's a chance to recalibrate, recommit, and strengthen the legacy you're building in nursing.
