The Nurses Legacy Institute (TNLI) is a non-profit organization that provides insights, builds relationships, and explores new ways to support and develop nurse leaders. Our mission is to meet aspiring nurse leaders where they are and to catapult their leadership journey.

The Chief Nursing Officer Institute (formerly CNOA) has been developed for new and aspiring to be Chief Nursing Officers.
The content and experiences is based on TNLI’s Framework which includes the following core values: Courage, Learning, Innovating and RelatingTM (CLIR).
This is an opportunity to network and learn with other CNOs from across the country. The content is focused on real life messagesTM and the latest research and literature.
The CNO InstituteTM by TNLI is held twice a year.

Scholarship awards are based on merit following a fair selection process.
